Excellent team. They were enthusiastic, supportive, and very professional in teaching clients how to correct their posture and strengthen their muscles. I especially appreciated the clear video-based instructions and advice, which made the exercises easy to follow. TheraFit helped me stay active, continue exercising consistently, and invest in my long-term health.

I had an excellent experience here. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. They took the time to listen, made me feel comfortable, and provided great care with professionalism and attention to detail. The physical therapists are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. Stephanie and Andrew are amazing. I have worked with both of them after two different surgeries and they take care of the whole person along with the injury. My family have used this therafit many times over 20 years and have always had extraordinary care every time. The pool has been extremely helpful and a key to success when needed. Highly recommend!

Been to 3 different physical therapy providers over the years. Therafit by far my best experience. Darin and his staff very knowledgeable and helped me with my hip and back pain.

Ryan, Andrew, and Courtney did an exceptional job helping my mom recover from her knee replacement. They were kind, professional, and truly dedicated. We are so grateful for their hard work and highly recommend this place. I also want to thank Courtney, Stephanie, and the entire team for the excellent care they provided during my rotator cuff surgery recovery.
